I have over seven years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with specialties in couples counseling, sex therapy, grief/ loss, and spirituality.

Adolescents, Adults, and Couples Counseling
I specialize in helping teens overcome being bullied, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, and increase self-esteem.  I have expertise working with adults who are codependent, adult children of alcoholics/ substance users or mental illness.  I bring back the initial love and attraction with couples by teaching important communication methods that have been proven to increase empathy, understanding, and intimacy.
