About
An East Indian proverb, when loosely translated, tells us that, “…life is short, eat dessert first.” The Latin expression for that sentiment is “Carpe Diem” which means “seize the day”. Everyone should be tuned into the reality that life is, in fact, short – especially the “good years” of youth, desire and the vitality. Since time is so precious it is my belief that every day should contain a peak experience – because you never know when you might get hit by that bus that everyone refers to. A peak experience is any event that thrills you, excites you, motivates and inspires you. We work to sustain life; but we play to make the working part tolerable; we live for the good times and the time we spend with good people.
Peak experiences may include physical activity, presence in nature, intimate, spiritual, and emotional connections with family and friends. As a person who once lived solely for physical sensations to heal feelings of feeling unlovable, I now embrace spirituality and a higher being beyond myself.
Research proves the mind and body are integrated thus as we feel a sensation in our body, our brain translates it to a thought labeling the situation as either good or bad. As we become more aware of the signals within our body, noticing our feelings and thoughts, it enables acceptance, and the choice to radical change.

oolala!
Senorita, do teach this wonderful gift to all these women out there, please… I did know a woman long time ago who could achieve a very serious quantum of extasy from penetration alone, while took an awfully long, long time, my poor jaws, to ‘ llegar corriendo’ orally. But this was long time ago, another century or two
